This agreement is entered into on _______________Between Buyer(s) and Seller for their mutual protection and especially for the protection and well-being of the Cat and it is mutually understood that failure to comply with any provision of this agreement may detrimentally affect the reputation of BlueFyreDolls Ragdolls. For the sum of  $………… Seller does hereby transfer to Buyer, the Cat, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Buyer is purchasing the Cat as a pet only, and under no conditions may the Cat be used for breeding. This Cat is to be spayed or neutered, if not already desexed prior to the date of purchase. However, if bought as a show-kitten, the Buyer may show the Cat in cat shows, if qualified pursuant to the rules of any particular cat show, as a kitten, alter, or household pet. Seller makes no representations nor guarantees whatsoever as to the physical features, specifically including coat and eye color, as these may change as the cat ages (other than guaranteed in paragraphs 4 and 13), personality, temperament or the ability of the Cat to accumulate awards.

2. If said Cat has not been spayed/neutered prior to the date of purchase, Buyer will spay or neuter said Cat prior to the Cat’s attaining the age of six (6) months and furnish proof of such altering to Seller by having the veterinarian fax or mail a document stating that the cat has been spayed/neutered and enclosing a receipt for said procedure, the receipt needs to include but is not limited to the description of the cat, date of birth and breed/sex. In the event Seller does not receive such proof within thirty (30) days of said Cat attaining the age of six (6) months, it will be assumed that said Cat is being used for breeding, and an additional sum of $1000 shall be due to Seller from Buyer. Such sum shall in no way replace any other damages or cause of action which Seller may have against Buyer pursuant to this agreement. Upon receipt of spay or neuter of said Cat, registration and pedigree papers will be forwarded to the Buyer.

3. Seller agrees to supply the following registration paper for the spayed or neutered Cat of this agreement:

4. Seller represents and warrants that the Cat is in good health and free of known ailments as attested in the health certificate provided by Seller dated no more than 10 days before the date of sale.

5. Buyer will at no time allow the Cat out of doors unattended and without suitable control - that is, a secure, safe enclosure with protection from the elements, predators, and other hazards. Such enclosure is not to be used as primary housing for said Cat.

6. If for any reason Buyer becomes unwilling or unable to keep the Cat and provide the Cat with proper food, shelter, and medical attention, Buyer agrees to return said Cat to Seller, with no reimbursement or refund to the Buyer.

7. Buyer will at no time give, lease and/or sell the Cat to any pet shop, research laboratory, institution, animal shelter, cattery, or any other entity or similar facility. If, in Seller’s sole opinion, Buyer has mistreated said Cat, and/or if the Cat is found to be neglected or in ill health for an unreasonable length of time, whether negligently or intentionally, at Seller’s request Buyer must surrender the Cat to Seller with no reimbursement or refund to Buyer.

8. Cat is to be given proper medical care including proper vaccinations on a schedule determined to be proper by a licensed veterinarian. All inoculations are current as of........., the booster shots are due one year from this date. Rabies vaccination should be given no earlier than 6 month of age, if at all.
