Responsible for multiprocessor clustered Sequent systems supporting NDB's Internet and Voice Response Trading, and Customer Service. Configured and maintained files and raw data spaces on an array of disk devices using Veritas Volume Manager. Monitored the installation to eliminate disk "hot spots." Conducted initial training and ongoing management for an off-hours operations staff. Implemented and maintain a 3770 SNA RJE link with a back office vendor. Configured and support ten X.25 communications links which transmit orders to our trading partners and receive execution reports. Formulated and implemented a backup strategy, a cluster-to-cluster switchover procedures, node-to-node failover policies and automated diagnostic reporting.

Manager, Service Delivery Systems:

Manager of Production Support for PRISM, a client/server imaging application in the Retirement Investment Center. Responsible for HP 9000 servers running HP-UX, Informix and workflow automation software. System Administrator for multiple HP-UX and AT&T servers. Managed software rollouts and distribution to the client workstations. Designed and implemented a voice response system for the Express Phone Customer Service Area, worked on expert systems, voice response units and imaging systems, and was Manager of System Development for the EXCEL Home Banking product.
