Cookie Cutter Web Page Design

Not too sure of what this is, well this is a webpage made by someone who doesn't think it's necessary to learn what HTML even is.

Example:
We'll call this person "Philipo Gordo." Philipo Gordo saw his friend's cool home page and wants one of his own. His friend told him to go to a place such as, oh, Angelfire. Philipo went there but he doesn't think HTML is important. Why should he? Most free home pages services (oh my god, there they are again) offer an easy way to make a web page without any knowledge or special programs. So Philipo makes a web page using Angelfire's "custom" web page builder. Philipo's new home page looks something like this:

Now you see how these types of anti-creativity are too common and simply not the best things on the net. With just a little more effort, you can create something that you can be proud of.
