Annoyingly Shocked

Hello.  Did I need to make this?  Does it offer a nice introduction to my site?   Does it offer a nice navigation?  Does it make my site look more professional?  Who cares???  I just got that Flash program and I want to make a Flash Movie! 

It's fine to make Shockwave Flash Movies.  It's kinda fun too.   But if you are going to make it and you're going to base your site around it, then make it look nice.  If you're going for the navigation thing, then make the download short!  Do you know how pissed off I was to wait five minutes to download a Flash Movie and to be presented with a three second piece of crap animation just so I could enter their site? 

Don't make these movies seem like commercials.  Make them like the previews on a video tape.  If I want to watch it for the first time, then I'll see your great achievement.  But if it sucks and I don't want to see it, then don't make me sit through it just so I can visit your site!  Jeez!
