So here are some tips for making a completely stupid web page:

  1. Make it seem like this is your first day on the Internet
  2. Make it seem like this is your first time making a web page
  3. Make it seem like this is the first time you have seen a web page
  4. Make it seem like you are a boring person
  5. Make it seem like you have no taste
  6. Make it seem like you have a "lets be annoying to the world" complex
