2. Julius Oscar Field LUCK was born on 1 Mar 1921 in Birmingham, Alabama. He served between 1942 and 1946 in US Army Signal Corps, ETO. He earned a BS in Engineering from Wagner College and a MS in Physics from New York University. He was a Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University and also worked at Bell Laboratories. He was married to Ingrid Anna FENSKE on 29 May 1948 in Long Island City, New York.
