WIA Galicia 17 Oct 1916. Lost leg to Russian machine gun bullet. Following the war he became a bureaucrat with the Potsdam Police Department. He was married to Anna Hedwig SCHULZ in Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany. He died in 1937 in Potsdam.
