POWER MEATBALL RECIPE
10 pounds hamburger meat (highest fat content)
1 large box cereal (Total, Rice Krispies
or comparable natural brand)
1 large box oatmeal
1 jar of wheat germ
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup unsulfured molasses
10 raw eggs
10 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients together. Form
into balls or serving sizes. (Meatballs can be served raw or baked
in a 350 degree oven if you prefer.) Freeze individually on cookie
sheets. Once frozen, place in large freezer bags. To serve,
defrost in microwave about 3 minutes.
