ACCOMMODATIONS
General:
The immediate area of the College is
residential, and does not have satisfactory Motel/Hotel accommodations.
Hotel rooms are available in Manhattan, and motels can be found near the
airports, in Queens and on the New Jersey side of the George Washington Bridge.
Motels are also located north in Westchester County.
SPECIAL
ARRANGEMENT
DORM ROOMS: The date of the meeting was arranged to be after the Cadets depart on their Summer Cruise. This means that the dormitories will be empty. We have reached an agreement with the college to use the dormitory as a “Hostel”. The rooms will be available in the new dorm at a cost of $60.00 per night per room. This charge includes bed linen. Each room can accommodate two persons.
The
collage has a policy to be paid in one installment, billed by the college to me.
This means that we now have to collect individual billing and consolidate
it for payment to the college. If
you intend to use the Dorm Room facilities, please forward your payment to me.
We will provide a receipt and hold funds in an account, until billed
directly from the college.
These
rooms are available as per standard youth hostel arrangements. Each room has two
beds, bureaus, closets, lights and desks, but does not provide toiletries.
Separate male and female toilet facilities are modern and clean.
Individuals using the rooms are responsible for keep their rooms clean.
