Thank you: This year, The panfish Derby was held there last Saturday in July, The weather was cooperative and everyone had a great time, Thank to the ingenuity and determination of Carol Hooey who arranged for the local Cub Scouts to participate, We had a total of 48 children in the derby. With the help of the bait and boat in Parsippany, Franks Tackle in Wanaque, YOJ Sports in Andover, and donations from many club members - we were able to award road, reels, tackles boxes, etc. to the top nine finishers.. The Results of the 2002 Panfish Derby are as follows: |

As always , everyone who participated was a winner since we had a special table with plenty of prizes for everyone. A picnic for the children, parents and volunteers followed the contest. Our thanks to all the club members who helped make the event a huge success. Our appreciation to all the parents who made forty-eight kids seem like eight! Everyone was great! Thank you! |
