Freezer Lambs

 

At certain times of the year (generally January or February) we have custom cut freezer lambs available by special order. Customers typically receive between 40 and 50 pounds of tender, delicious lamb - cut, packaged and cryovaced to their specifications by a USDA inspected facility.

 

Our lambs are natuarally raised, completely chemical free and fed only mother's milk, grass, hay and locally ground grain.

 

Orders must be placed early in the year since we only raise the number of freezer lambs specifically ordered by individuals.

 

We do not sell individual cuts of meat.

 

Customers are purchasing a live lamb whose price at the farm is currently $125.00 (but subject to change). That price includes the cost of trucking the lamb to the USDA facility in St. Johnsbury and picking up the order for our customers.

 

Customers are also responsible for paying the cost of butchering and custom cutting their lamb

(Typically about $70.00 but subject to change)
