The Slawson Family Cats

Toby, our orange polydactyl cat. Toby, our orange cat. Check out his polydactyl feet (I wrote an article about that once...)

Eku, our African Wildcat. She has sabre-tooth tiger teeth.

Eku, our African Wildcat. She has sabre-tooth tiger teeth. And matted fur. Because she has sabre-tooth tiger teeth.

Stripe, our 18-year-old granddad of a cat.

Yep, finally got a picture of Stripe, our eighteen-year-old granddad of a cat, here nesting in front of Jeff's workstation and guarding the only kind of mouse he knows. Please don't tell him that he has no stripes. Update: The old man died in July 1999. I really miss him.

Newtroll, my newt who is, unbelievably, almost as old as Stripe.

My sole-surviving but rather ancient newt
(who is not, by the way, a cat.)
