Mixed Lettuce

Cauliflower - earliest delivery of cauliflower ever!

Arugula - Runway variety

Spinach - Space variety

Radishes - Mostly White Hailstone Variety

Garlic Curls - use like garlic

Herb of the Week:

Lemon Balm

Strawberries

Week of June 6th:

Pick of the Week:

Maruba		- a little holey but taste good!
Watercress		- very spicy (see recipe)
Arugula		- new variety (Runway), mild
Turnip Greens		- thinnings from the turnip patch
Torazorah		- mild mustard flavor
Green Onions
Green Garlic		- use like garlic
Herb of the Week:
Chives & Chive Flowers		- cut the chives & use the flowers
