We hope to receive more rain, as it truly has been very dry. The crops need the water!

Garlic planting - October 24, 2004.

A trip to the farm for CSF members was held on Sunday October 24th from 11 am - 4 pm. This was our 5th year planting garlic with the assistance of JP Morgan Chase Global Day of Service project, members of the Hoboken Historical Museum and our CSF members and their families. About 7000 cloves of garlic were planted in the different prepared beds. So far over 30 different varieties of garlic & shallots have been planted for harvest in July.
