The Ridgewood Aquacons is a synchronized
swimming group which meets on Wednesday evenings throughout
the year. Women of all ages, 20-80 years old, swim to music using many
water ballet figures, sculling, and swim strokes. Previous experience is
not necessary, however, strong swimming is a must.
We offer 8 classes of instruction
to all levels of participants. The cost is $98. So if you are at all interested,
please join us for one complimentary swim.
