Black Saturn Software

The Quality Plan is a set of standards and procedures that Black Saturn uses to consistently produce accurate software on time. The plan usually results in projects where more testing is done up front and much less debugging is done at the end of the project. This enables much better predictability in meeting project schedules. Features of the plan include

• lightweight documentation which promotes customer communcation and project understanding,
• program testing that is actually developed before the program code, and
• programming standards
